We need to move forward, not step backward. I felt cheated when I woke up in the morning to find that Al Gore was not elected. I watched the fear of terror being used to sway people back to Bush. I watched as Kerry was butchered in the media. Where was Hillary then? Had she stepped in, she would have had my support and undone her damage in passing the power to declare war over to Bush.

If Hillary now wins the nomination I will again feel cheated. Do not go against the will of the people.

its been a while since i checked the obama website; is should have fact checked first on the iran diplomatic plan. hopefully my error will be forgiven. again, to make it clear: the WTO membership and US investments would be what obama would offer iran, rather than something that obama would demand iran follow.

i gave the information about obama's iran plan in a misleading way; the WTO investment would be what obama offers iran in exchange for it to stop nuclear production and to refrain from influencing iraq and supporting iraqi groups. its a horrible deal for iran that would never be acceptable.

as far as iran, obama stated position is that iran MIGHT not face the risk of US war aggression if it gives up its independence by letting US and WTO investment flood the country, dominating the local markets with capital power, and recognizes israel's unquestionable right to exist as an aggressive nuclear power. obama wants iran under US control before he will even consider the possibility that the US will not attack. at the same time, obama has blind support for israel and its war crimes.

obama's current policy supports permanent occupation of iraq through military advisors and permanent bases, while US corporations extract iraqs oil as iraqis continue to suffer the scourge of war. that is obama's withdraw policy, nothing but legal trickery to allow the democrats to claim they are the party of the US people, the vast majority of which are against the war. i am concerned only with his policies, not his race. this is why i support obama no more than i support clinton or mccain.

when i said "voted for the war 100% of the time" i was talking about his consistent support of the war by voting to fund the war 100% of the time. in addition to this, obama made his career in the senate by criticizing those opposed to the war as "radical leftists" while supporting bush's policies and legitimizing them by saying that democrats need to accept and "compromise" with bush efforts.

You are misinformed. Obama was not in the Senate yet to vote on the Iraq invasion and he didn't vote at all to go to with Iran but Hillary was the only Dem. candidate who voted for it! But since you brouht up his race, you must be the 15% of americans who wouldn't vote for a black candidate even if he was Jesus Christ! You're not interest in his qualifications, so why bother!..

those commercials you see about obama getting money from "individuals" is nothing but tricky legal words which allows him to basically lie while the "big money" pours into his campaign. hillary and obama support very similar policies: both pro-corporate. because obama is half black and has an african name does not make him better, he has sold his soul to the tyrants in the US economic world. i refuse to support a candidate only because of their race.

i do not support hillary or obama for those reasons. everyone seems to know this about hillary, but ignores the same exact behaviors in obama. obama voted for the war 100% of the time, supports neo-liberal "free trade" practices that destroy unions and enhance corporate power, supports huge profits for health insurance, and has money pouring in from wall street (which he will not regulate and supports continued popular subsidization of speculation) from nuclear industry, big oil, etc.
