Remote Viewing the Philadelphia Experiment

The target was "The Philadelphia Experiment," also known as "Project Rainbow" where allegedly, in the fall of 1943 a U.S. Navy destroyer ship was made invisible and teleported from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Norfolk, Virginia, in an experiment gone horribly wrong. The U.S. Navy continues to deny the allegations. All remote viewers were completely blind to the nature of the target at the time of the viewing (they had no idea what the target could be.) If what you are saying is true, then I appreciate the input. Being somewhat of an adept (able to discern truth), the world governments have been experiementing with ETs and time travel since 1912, though the early procedures were far less advanced. The technology now possessed is beyond understanding.

Insane! My cousin worked for the CIA in the 70's, went out West and was shown a flock of sheep.  Guys told him to keep an eye on them and within a minute they disappeared completely. He still swears that it happened to this day and insists they would not tell him how they did it or where the sheep went for that matter.
