@darkaus32 That's a pretty interesting story (the one about the miracles), but you must understand that in the Orthodox Church, there have been MANY stories from the writings of the Saints about how the Devil deceived them and how they accepted the Angel of Light who was trying to fool them... And also, we do NOT worship Mary in the Orthodox Church we only *Venerate* her, just as we do to all the Saints. Worship belongs to the Holy Trinity alone (Father Son and Holy Spirit).

@mishakol129 religion doesn't save people.. read the entire acts, people got saved by accepting jesus christ and getting baptized in water. my dads family are romanian pentecostal, my mums family are othordox.

i was raised as a othordox we did go to church rarely, my parents were somewhat religious.

I started reading the bible when i was 19, i questioned religion, each religion condradict itself and say their the only way to heaven but jesus clearly says i am the only way.

i began to learn more about the bible and accepted jesus christ as my savior. I follow no religion because they have traditions over gods tradition which is a damnable heresy. i realized mary worhship is a sin,

i started to go to a pentecostal church where my family goes, i read the bible and i realized i need to get baptized, before baptism my parents pressured me not to get baptized and change religion, but i said no, i told them i am following the bible and follow no religion.

i had experiences with god, when i slept saw a ray of lights shining upon me,

@mishakol129 and i heard a song singing by the power of the holy ghost, i also experienced bad dreams of demons laughing at me and whilst i woke up i still heard it and faded away.

My mum had a dream that i was being raptured by god, she saw my fly away to heaven (the bible says god will take away his church from the world) and 7 years tribulation will come upon the earth.

my dad is christian and my mother is slowly becoming a christian and my sister aswell.

@darkaus32 You were a Romanian Orthodox but you fell away from the Church? - then you must have been too young to understand what it was, or your parents weren't strong believers themselves so never taught you.... The Orthodox Church is the only way that a person can dynamically be in communion with God the Father through the Holy Spirit and in Jesus Christ... You will not experience the Holy Spirit's Grace and power if you do not go to the Orthodox Church and receive Holy Communion.

@mishakol129 No where in the bible says religion is salvation, Jesus Christ is our salvation, the holy bible is the word of god and ought to be obeyed, not following traditions of men which is outside the bible is dangerous and not following the word of god. i was a romanian othordox when i was raised, so was my family. and i begun to read the holy bible found religion has no relationship with god only through jesus christ as my lord and savior.
