in my opinion on napoleon total war, the damage howizters inflict is just not worth it. In a 2v2 or 3v3 i will occasionally get a single 12 pounder for some line poundage, but generally speaking i stick with a pair of 6 pounderes for anti-cav and counter battery fire. The 6 pounder is the most accurate of all the arty, as well as the cheapest, so if you're engaged in battery fire, the 6 pounder gives you the chance to force an attack on your enemy by destroying his guns.

i would play more multiplayer land battles but for some reason it always carries out my orders 5-10 secs after i give them, which just spoils it, does anybody have a solution to this problem?

How do I add audio to my total war videos
Sweet man. I'm a total war vet... but I'm one of those single player guys. ;)
I actually never noticed it, but yeah. Single player armies DO have a crap-ton of artillery. I'm also glad you recommended lancer cav, I've always been a hussar guy myself, but I think your word carries enough weight to change my mind.
Great video. :)
