@pittielove oh yeah my friend i agree with you aswell. i beleive that the principles of a particular environment and norms shared amongst people within that environment and the individuals upbringing influence views on various things including animals. so it is never a good idea to judge an entire population. good point

@pazza7 While I agree with you about how it is unnecessary and inaccurate to judge a race on something like this, there is a factor that in some places, in general, dogs just get treated better and tend to have better, healthier lives.

Ha ha ha at anyone who finds this funny, because it isn't. Anyone who has any common sense can tell that the dog is not 'partying', he's incredibly thin & looks starved, it makes me sick that animals have to be treated like this in places & there's not a single thing that I can do about it..
