Like I said before - if it hadn't been for your Vids, I wouldn't have got my Charger working - period.
Top job!
While on that subject though, do you feel that the iMax boys could do a better job of explainng to a n00b like me what we have to do to in order to get this Charger working correclty for us?
To quote myself - "The learning curve is steep - the Ocean we crash into is shallow".
No - nothing is wrong with the Charger. The instruction manual is not specific enough.
If I said to you "You go North to upside, not to be putting foot near shoe, and taking lighting torch to other side", would you have ANY idea what I was talking about?
No.. I doubt it.
~*Think*~
That's all I'm asking.
You guys are clever - very clever. But PLEASE put some effort into your Manuals so that we can all read them and understand what we must do.
Oh...and dude... before you kick into me regarding 'RTB' (return to base) warranty - why should anyone have to pay postage to return something back to the manufacturer if it was defective in the first place?
If I buy something, I expect two things: 1) I get what was advertised; and 2) It performs as stated.
Anything less is 'false advertising' - usually heavily policed in the 'Western World'.
Having said all that, I think my Charger works ok - only I didn't undersand what I had to do.
I personally think that the iMax B6 range represent a truly value-for-money competitive package (apart from some bad-choice resistor values I've read about)... and of course the negative attitidue towards customer complaints.
If you guys lifted you games just a tiny amount regarding customer enquiries (English speaking), and genuine customer support, you'd be killing this Niche Market no end.
You wanna 'Rep'? - I'll be one. BUT, I have to know how my product performs.
One of the most common gripes I read about is that anything purchased from China is severly lacking in two departments - clear, concise instructions... and this thing called 'Warranty' - if the Unit is defective, it should be replaced free of charge - just like it is in the rest of the Western World.
It's a cheap unit - yes - but that doesn't mean it's crap.
A little bit of Business accumen and some basic business ethices would go a long way to produce happy customers.

first of all i need to clarify i am not from imax company, i did these test on my own.
imax b6 is 100% copy from e-station or you should download the manual from e-station to compare, let see if it was caused by your unit !
