In this video, His Eminence, the late Religious Authority, Sayyed Muhammad Hussein Fadlullah (ra), says that a true believer should never betray any trust, especially if it has to do with money. He also criticizes all the Fatwas that allow Muslims to usurp the money of others under the pretense that they are disbelievers or not of the same sect or confession. He also explains that Allah does not accept that and calls to deal with the others with whom one is not in a state of war on the basis of justice, kindness and benevolence.
