This is an utter disgrace that children are denied an affordable roof over their heads plus the elderly.Australia should hang their heads in shame. This is a violation of human rights section 25 full stop.Australia is a signatory to the declaration of human rights!

Yeah because when covenment print money there is more money in the system which mean that thing like housing will cost more. and when the cost more they more they take longer to pay.
-
Bullshit, it took my parents 5 years to pay this house off, take me 30
Thats bullshit
-
Prices also go up because of printing of money, which is why houses have gone up.
-
well housing should be affordable like it once was, its all about greed with these bastards, they would rather have 5/10 houses than for me or other young Autralians to have 1, they can root in hell
-
It not that I stick up for them, it is I know how the rules work and the rules are if you get into debt get some other person to pay for it.
-
Why would you stick up for them for?
How old are you?
Are you young like me?
-
well if you know what you doing it won't take 30 years. It does not matte if they are scum or not these are the rules, you play them or you lose them.

I agree with the other guy Porperty investors are the SCUM OF THE EARTH
They want to rip people off and make them worse off just so that they can be rich its a joke, my parents payed this house off in 5 years they arent rich, it would take me 30 years to pay it off,
PROPERTY INVESTORS = SCUM OF THE EARTH

of I know what I am talk about, spelling or no spelling, I know what I am talking about. It is easy garde 4 maths. I can't see why do you hate rich people, a CEO I can understand but there part of the working class, also research is noting if you do not know both sides, since I do know both and poor and rich people I know what I talk about!
The land supply argument is a snide attempt by landed interests to divert our attention from the real travesty - the privately held supply of land witheld from the market as 'speculative vacancies'. Profiteering developers will simply beat families to any new land supply that is available, and then drip feed the market to fix prices. A reformed land tax is a must
