Change, yes we can. We can change to renewables now

Oil will run out, whether we want it to or not. ("Run out" means "EROI becomes too low to make it worth extracting".. don't make me repeat that everywhere).

So, we had better learn to live without it, e.g. learn to recover hydrocarbons from trash. All the electricity in the world won't replace the material needs.

We need to make the switch to solar-wind electricity ASAP (should have and could have done it 20+ years ago).

I agree with him when he mentioned that other renewable resources like oil and water are limited but wind is forever. Wind is almost everywhere and we can truly say that wind energy is limitless and you can make sure that wind turbines can provide electricity forever.

wind energy has existed for hundreds of years, it was not developed because it has many limits. Now the government subsizing the use of it thanks to the lobbying of corporations that supply the technology. the reality is that the world is craving energy and there is no known substitute for oil. I know that eventually the oil might be obsolete but the replacement will only be a good one if it emerges in the private sector. bottom line, is windpower is so good, why does Gov have to promote it?
