  • i just think you could go slightly lighter.

    aside from the hams, where else do you feel the pump?

  • Full range is for lower back. The way he's doing them is for hamstrings/glutes.

  • I prefer to go lower myself, a bit more ROM. But in this game you need to find what suits you and your bosy, there is no "perfect" method - it's what works for you. Some guys have stiffer hammies and can't go right down without bringing more lower back into the equation.

  • Not really, he's got too much weight on the bar which is preventing him from moving through the full range. Here's a better example: =REcrvQXhHkQ
