Frangoulis,Theodorakis -2 songs from Axion Esti (live, 2001)

Part of a concert (May, 2001) celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Battle of Crete.

The songs are "Ena to Helidoni" and "Tis Dikeosinis Ilie".

I ahve seen Bitikotsis and Dalaras singing those songs. Always in a concert with Theodorakis. Bitikotsis is probably the best one, bu I am very surprised how good Frangoulis ist. I know him from his own concerts, now I would love to see him too singing Axion Esti. Wonderful.

@iskander982 Don't worry my friend we will rise again all we need is politicians that are going to guide us to the right path.Greece must fall to rise again stronger.And yes since WW2 Greece was trying to stand but all the (strong ones USA,RUSSIA) and all those ''friends''divided the people and the nation thats why we are to this position now

.It really breaks my hart to see Greece in such social problems. But I know, that the Greek nation that has spawned such art, culture and history, cannot be conquered by debt, and greed of international bankers. But Greeks have to do this alone, not with the help of "FRIENDS" from the EU, who got them in trouble in the first place. Like Odysseas Elytis said in verses that follows:
