This is my 2nd attempt at small scale melting furnace design and implementation.
While it is uncommon for an initial prototype to impress me to a great degree, there are times when I'm pleasantly surprised with even the first attempt at a given design, this prototype is one of those times.

  • If this is a stovetop element why doesn't it melt or fuse? I think it

    is only designed for approx. 400C.
