Chester Elton, alongside Donna Rosato of "Money Magazine," was interviewed by CNN's anchorwoman Gerri Willis on January 31, 2009. With unemployment so high, both Chester and Donna give tips for staying positive and staying employed. Chester says that if you are unemployed, leverage your network to find a new job that you're enthusiastic about.

Chester Elton is called the "apostle of appreciation," by the Globe and Mail, Canada's largest newspaper, and "creative and refreshing" by the New York Times. He is co-author of several successful leadership books, including "The Carrot Principle" and "The Orange Revolution." A sought-after recognition and employee engagement consultant and speaker, Chester is senior vice-president of training and publishing at the O.C. Tanner Company.
