@Creativenailart Thx for watching!! Shellac is mainly for natural nails, however, some people who still enjoy to wear tips with gel or acrylic still try Shellac on top. You can use just a tip and Shellac bc Shellac isn't formulated to add that much of strength, it only adds a little. If you used just a tip and Shellac, the tip most likely will not last long. Let me know if this helps!

heyy! great video! when you want to use cnd shellac. is it also possible to add a fake nail tip and after using the shellac polishes? Does the tip last long on the nails? or is shellac only for the natural nail?

I think it would be good for you to watch Tammy Taylor's Miracle Method manicure prior to doing a video. You have information here that isn't accurate. You do not need to file off the base coat between manicures! You simply buff the nails and reapply. That is the beauty of her product! It grows out with the nail making it very strong. With Shellac, you have to soak it off in acetone for 10 minutes which compromises the nail bed; making it very weak and unable to grow long strong nails!

@MyBambi77 thanks for watching and for commenting. There isn't one way to do any manicure and I based what I talked about after I followed the exact TT directions when I purchased the products. And maybe you didn't mean this comment in a mean way, however, I get tired of individuals always telling me that my way of doing things or talking is wrong just bc its different from their way of doing things.

Can you use any color brand with the tammy taylor, or do you just have to use tammy taylor nail polish?
