Yes it is, we wanted a double room but got a twin. I think it is because we used "Air Miles" to book the room and so gt one of the worst ones available!?? Gary

This place must have been upgraded. When I stayed there, the room for two was shabby, the matress was made of straw and smelled of urine. The hotel was near the underground, which was a plus. All that for a ton of money, .............but that's London.
