The languages used in the National Anthem of South Africa are Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho, Afrikaans, and English. The Xhosa, Zulu, and Sotho parts are used in the first part of the National Anthem from Nkosi Sikeleli Afrika (God Bless Africa), and the Afrikaans and English parts are used in the final part of the National Anthem from Die Stem van Suid Afrika (The Call of South Africa). It officially became the National Anthem in 1997.
No jogo da copa da África, do FIFA, tem uma música (Africa Soccer Fever) que começa com alguns dos trechos do hino. Não sabia até agora.
