  • Not working here. Cam works fine with cheese. But when using this i get

    unable to open capture device

  • @Thaery try opencv examples, my app based on opencv example - lkdemo.py

  • I'm using it. I have to question:

1- I'm looking my image in reverse mode so to go left I have to move my finger in the right direction. why?

2- Have you implemented some "click"/"double click" feature?

  • 1. You need to inverse X in mouse move formula.

    2. Clicking the mouse is not supported, it will be possible in the next version.

  • Hi! Nice app ... I have the Latest Ubuntu (9.04) but i dont know how to run the app! I need a tutorial or something please HELP!

  • @opnetificationful I dont remeber what version it was, sorry. It was three years ago, this thing needs to be rewrited for new openCV libraries lol.

  • shoop'd

  • There's a program like that for windows called "Enable Viacam".

  • hey this seems to work for me but why is my display so much larger than yours, and why does it only work when the green point is within 1/4 of the upper left corner? like if the green point is anywhere in the bottom or right half of the webcam's view, the mouse pointer is all the way down. also, is there a way to mirror the image so when i move my arm right, the mouse moves right instead of left?

  • nice. looks very cool. I better throw away my old vidcap for win32 and use opencv instead!

  • how to install phyton of wXP ?
