  • nice laser :) I really love watching nitrogen laser videos. Your power supply seems to be a little unstable. I hope you find the time for further improvements :)

  • its a zvs powerd by a 300W atx pc powersupply and a single dst. i think the problem is the sparkgap, cause it gets really hot after short time running... temporary i´m building a tea an a acrylic glass plate with a aluminium plane mirror. but it´ll take a few days or weeks till i´m finished^^ and if i can make it i´ll use a pressure sg, maybe about 1-3 bar

  • Cool :-) Die Entladung ist ganz schön homogen.

  • soo homogn auch nicht, an einem ende sind noch richtige blitze un zwischendrin in der mitte auch noch vereinzelt. aber danke für dein lob ^^

  • Mine doesn't work. The spark gap fires 300 or so times every secon at 1mm, and the rails arc, but they have to be less 0.5 mm apart. The power supply is a 2n3773 flyback driver, and the setup of the laser is exactly like the one on hv wiki. The rails might be annodized, but that wouldn't explain the high firing rate of the spark gap. Do you know why at all?

  • Funktioniert klasse!
