California Strength athletes train hard http://www.californiastrength.com/videos/viewvideo/62/big-lifts-motivational-...
Some days are rough. It seems like you can't make any lifts. Those are the days you learn from your mistakes, pick yourself up, and get determined to be stronger in the future.

  • anybody who trains seriously should truly appreciate this video. It's one of the main reasons i love this channel, you guys are humble and honest about the hard work you put in and are not afraid to admit that you are human after all. It's easy to watch all the amazing videos that you post of seriously badass lifts and forget that for every PR there have been about 5 misses. Great Stuff, the type of training education which is often miss in our "win win win" society.

  • SICK STUFF !

  • Enjoy the videos. Also like the fact you do show the failed attempts as well!

  • looks like everyone EXCEPT DONNY SHANKLE had a bad day... DONNY SHANKLE NEVER HAS A BAD DAY

  • @RandomStevie Or he might have hurt himself! Did you see his shoulder/arm position? That looked really dangerous... This lift was a "fail" even bevore he dropped it. Training hard is important, no doubt, but it is still just Training. Thats something you do to get better at your sport - not to kill yourself. There is no point in risking serious injury just to finnish a sloppy training attempt, wich isn´t even a PR or anything!

  • @ThatDunneKid190 ya hes bitch made

  • 0:36 i think kevin is homo

  • is jared enderton training with average broz gym now?

  • going to fail at some things ...its life! Real soldiers get back up and keep fighting until they succeed

  • i know the guy at 0:09, met em at dvc lol

  • The guy at the start saying let it go really bothered me. He might of got that lift if that guy was shouting "stay with it".

  • Hate days like these.
