The best film ever made - a mad baboon goes crazy, and attacks a group of scientists who are playing dungeons and dragons. Every single aspect of this movie is perfect - from the pink arsed protagonist to the stunt "ball of fur" used in the attack scenes - it's brilliant. It's also worth noting that in the full movie, the baboon is flummoxed by doors, as you can see in this trailer.

Hey strech4859, the movie you might be thinking of is called LINK. I know it's about a crazed monkey that tries to kill the people who want to put it to sleep. Who knows, that might not be the same movie your thinking of.
SHAKMA was a great movie! I remember renting this one on VHS with my friends during sleep overs! Sure it's rather corny but it was still enjoyable! Now if we can get someone to release this on DVD!

I remeber this movie but can anyone tell me what the name of the movie is that has the Mandrill in it, I saw this movie a few years ago, can't find any mention of it when I google it. The Mandrill look huge which most of them are pretty large, they are closely related to the baboon.

I am watching a PBS show about Monkeys, Baboons came up bc they are very like humans, the most violent too OMG!, this caused me to go back on the search of a scary Baboon movie i once saw what seem like decades! FOUND IT!! YES!!
