Alfa Romeo presents the MultiAir system, developed and patented by FPT Fiat Powertrain Technologies. The forerunner of this family is the MultiAir 1.4 engine, first introduced to the world on the Alfa Romeo MiTo model and offered with 3 different power levels (105 HP, 135 HP and 170 HP), all Euro5-ready. At the launch, the first two MultiAir power units fitted to the Alfa Romeo MiTo are the 135 HP 1.4 and the 105 HP 1.4, which will then be followed by the 170 HP 1.4 MultiAir Turbobenzina.

  • @twitcheeee i don't like the metallic red

  • @jokeracts the bad advantage would be the roadtax for the 3L engine...

  • @jokeracts my choice would be the bmw e90 330i..... , spend additional 1-2 litre of petrol in 100KM for the advantage of 100 Horse power, better strength and protection againts traffic accident collision.

  • i had compare the Alpha Romeo Mito and BMW E90 330i Mito, 1.2 tonnes 4-cylinder 1.4L 170PS multiair Turbo 0-100km/h = 7.5 sec, topspeed = 219km/h highway = 4.8L/100KM, city = 8.1L/100KM e90 330i, 1.55-1.65 tonnes 6-cylinder 3.0L 270PS double Vanos, Valvetronic, N.A. engine, 0-100km/h = 6.1 sec, topspeed = 250km/h (limited) highway = 5.9L/100KM, city = 10L/100KM Bmw gain 100PS advantage, 1.4 s faster, better strength, bigger interior, Mito gain 1-2 Litre of petrol for every 100KM
  • what do we think, alfa red or alfa metallic red?

  • If only they would bring these to Canada, it would stand out amongst our sea of Corolla's, Sunfire's and Civics.

  • would the insurance for this be expensive for a 17yearold male?

  • i have this car.. Alfa Mito, this car is really great. i love his drive.. standard, normal, weather. In standard, the car speeds up. Two words : Buy it
