@LaiTheMonk There is Liu Yun Qiao lineage in the US but there isn't Wu, Han family etc.

Personally, I think it's time for me to find a school in my area (southern US). Interesting conditioning technique.

@IamWright777 I'm really sorry for you but in USA there aren't schools of original baji lineage (I'm almost sure).Just some Wudang Baji or stuff like that.Surely not Wu's baji.The fact is that in USA the situation of traditional martial arts is disastrous-for what I know.But it's a big country:if you search well (pay attention and check the lineages!), maybe you can find a good chinese master.Bagua is more diffused than baji: maybe you'll find a good master of that style.Good bye and good luck!

@MESHUGAH88 That wasn't supposed to be a real special thing, but just an exercise that is part of normal routine in bajiquan, that every student can do followed by instructors or by himself when enough expert.
If you were looking for somebody that breaks bricks or hurts his gonads with a stone, you saw the wrong video, I'm sorry XD Bye!

@MESHUGAH88 The aim of this exercise is to get stronger,not to fold the steel.But it also shows that if you train seriousely and you know the right way to do this kind of exercises,your body becomes quite strong to fold the bar without causing damages to bones and tissues.If you don't show clearly the material and the result,people could think that it's fake or it's alluminium.Anyway, my instructor normally use bars thiker than this and the end is the same. The important is the practice. Bye
