Moving snapshots from the Association of 16mm Narrow Gauge Modellers show at Elsecar Heritage Centre in South Yorkshire, UK.
16mm refers to the scale of 16mm to 12 inches which means a scale of 1/19. The run on 0 gauge track, which at 32mm represents 2'/600mm narrow gauge or gauge 1 which at 45 mm can reprsent 2'6" to 3' (750mm to 900mm) narrow gauge.
Models are gnerally electric or live steam. Most are deployed in gardens with control often by radio control rather than through the power supply.

  • Subbed. Enjoyed this a lot. Check out the Kent & North Wales Light Railway that attempts the same, but in Alsace, France.
