This film was the first of two sequels to the immensely popular Disney classic, "Tarzan" (1999). It was comprised of three episodes of the animated televsion series, "The Legend of Tarzan", produced by Walt Disney Television Animation in 2001. The segments were tied together by brief new sequences. The voice of Tarzan was provided by Michael T Weiss; Olivia D'Abo voiced Jane; April Winchell did Turk; Jim Cummings provided the voice of Tantor; and Jeff Bennett played Professor Porter.

The episode you are asking about is called "Flying Ace" and the easiest way to view it is to buy the DVD of "Tarzan and Jane", which is easily available at a cheap price from eBay. Unfortunately, the animated television series, "The Legend of Tarzan", has never been released on DVD but it is available from collectors at iOffer.

@khaza1wolfgurl Then maybe you'd like to pay the movie voice actors millions to reprise their old roles. TV series and made for TV movies don't have the budget of theater films and have to do the best they can.
