Yugoslavia was never part of the EU and the EU never had a single army of it`s own to back it up. The EU is developing the Common Security and Defense Policy but a real EU Army is years away. If you want to blame the EU for Yugoslavia you can blame the United Nations as well. And just blame the EU for problems in Egypt, the Middle-East and North-Korea while your at it. We have had decades of Peace in the EU and you want to see it fail. Tell it to Tens of Millions who died in World War 1 and 2.
