It folds even smaller if you fold the steering stem first so that it swings down and is parallel with the frame, then undo the main frame hinge and swing the front portion back while keeping the front wheel turned forward. You can even go as far as reassembling it so that the steering stem folds forward which has the advantage of allowing you to shorten the shift and brake cable housings so that there isn't as much cable slop.
