  • all the stretches exercises you're showing came from India and by the time they were invented , they were very strong conscious static position with pep and power. if done in the way i'm explaining for at least 20 seconds these exercises can build strong and big muscles.i'm talking about having mass and not being skinny

  • those exercises are not an iso exercises. it is rather a body weight exercise static position. i study isometrics since 1975 and i see that there is a big confusion in isometrics there must be a conscious effort or strength occurring against an EQUAL effort. Iso means equal and metrics means measures.min 08:15 is an iso exercise as a matter of fact.but people call it a stretch !?if you put some pep while pressing the hand you will see what i am talking about. min: 09:55 is also an iso ex. !:
