I wonder why there was no one said anything when the national guard entered LA in 92 and New Orleans in 08? Tibet in 08 was way worse than LA and New Orleans. At least in LA and New Orleans they only robbed the stores but didn't carry knives and Molotov cocktails. I pretty sure the national guards had shoot on sight authorisation, they didn't got a chance to use it coz in america they know when someone aim a gun at you, they will shoot.
