Love that you talked about AmeriCorps! I worked with them cutting down trees at a local zoo and am planning to apply for the fall! And for anyone who is interested, the specific AmeriCorps that he is talking about is the NCCC branch.

I worked with some Americorps volunteers in a tutoring center, they were the most efficient, most intelligent workers we had. They actually seemed happy to be there.

I'm a volunteer at a library. :)

I was a NCCC Americorps volunteer. It was totally awesome! I helped rebuild houses in New Orleans and St. Bernard. I had a really great time!
