Well I'm watching this video because I remember Topsy Tail from my memory bank, and I remember watching this specific infomercial on Nickelodeon. I know that because the "Topsy Tail" logo on the info card at the end is in the middle, and when I saw this on the Cartoon Network, the logo was on the right-hand side.
