The historic 2009 Micronutrients for Mental Health Conference was recently held in San Francisco. Clinicians and researchers from as far away as Saudi Arabia and New Zealand attended to share their knowledge on the role of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids in mental health.

The conference organizing committee, comprised of many of the worlds leading experts on the use of micronutrients in mental health, invited Truehope cofounders Anthony F. Stephan and David L. Hardy to speak at the conference. Here are a few excerpts from their remarks. www.truehope.com.

  • Loose the music. It works against the message. I love this informational clip though. Thank you for posting it.

  • Truehope - my new hope for life

  • Hey, it works! I'm not sure how, and a bottle costs me $95 shipped (256 capsules). I'm just complaining about the price. I wish they would make it more affordable, that's all.

  • I've been with Truehope since 1997 and I am alive and well and the mother of 5 thanks to their hard work. Bi-polar since age 18 and with each child I had it worsened to the point of incapacitation and suicidal threats by my 3rd child. Doctors wanted to medicate but husband fought to keep me working with Natural products. Tony and David came into my life and I now have a better quality of life than existed before Truehope. You cannot put a price on that!! Its worth every penny.

  • I take EmpowerPlus and really believe it works. Looking at the label, I'm not sure why/how it works. They say it's the ratio of the different minerals, but that sounds like BS to me, because everyone has different intake of minerals from other sources in the diet, altering the ratio. It's way too expensive, they ding you $14.95 for S&H of one single bottle. (TrueHope, you need to drop the music background on this youtube video because it plays like an infomercial with the 'soundtrack'--cheezy).

  • It just makes sense. We are here on this planet and we have been given everything we need to not just survive but thrive. The body is an amazing creation and when given the proper fuel it will run well and heal. Thanks Truehope for the work you are doing. God bless your efforts.
