  • ok. so thats mean the host have 2 nic with ip 192.168.3.X and 192.168.5.X. Then the multi-path is on 192.168.3.X -> 192.168.3.50 and 192.168.5.X-> 192.168.5.50. Based on the video. right?

  • Well, the whole point is to have multiple (at least two) NICs in different subnets for redundancy. So you need to have the initiator and the target on the same subnet.

  • may i know your host is it in the same subnet id as target?

    if in different net id, how can a host in 192.168.3.X connect to lun target 192.168.5.50?
