Its not only in India...Same thing going on in the rest of the world. There are far to many people looking for a job compared to the decreasing offers available in the market. China only, throws up half a million of engineers every year

I once worked for a temp agency here in the US of A. Then i was fired(layed off) without cause or reason.... over the phone.... on a Saturday (my day off).... FUCK TEMP AGENCIES!!!

Yes, they're the worse when it comes to that. On temp assignments, a supervisor can release you for the silliest reasons without any kind of explanation and some recruiters have the nerve to get an attitude with you, thinking you may have done something in order to get fired, smh

"A job" may be a job ,however it should be a equal exchange labor,goods and services for a wage. That's the idea behind the free market. However employers mentally is always looking for ways to cut cost. No matter what.

People are being used as throw away slaves, and we slaves have no choice becuase we are all in debt and have to eat. To bad we can't eat money..........to bad the food will rot on the shelves without money to buy it, while everyone goes hungery......this world is going in the crappper fast because WE keep supporting this system. End the Federal Reserve and all other Central Banks with their infinate debt slavery......WE out number them.....STOP using their fiat currency!!! EVERYONE!!!!
