Actually burmese army has fighting ability.and well organized. But NAVY has zero fighting ability and characters no good.ALL NAVY staff , officer are interested in selling out ships FUEL.They earn money from this business.
Also NAVY CHEATED TO ARMY.pretending as their weapon are functioning.ARMY also never check them.
