This is my new toy. Its a Switchsports core kayak. These things can be paired up & used as a catamaran, under sail or motor power. Ive gotta put an anchor running rig on it & add a few more personal touches to it. The other bigger kayak goes by a few names depending on where its sold, Advanced elements, Manta, Dragonfly innovations, sport fisher,,,, This was what I got after selling my Ocean kayak Scrambler XT. This appealed to me as it sits quite high & you dont get as wet as other SOT kayaks. Its got a tunnel hull & very stable, was designed by Tim Niemer formerley of Ocean kayaks. Plus its a 2.5/3 seater. I have to rig this one up also, its cool tho as its a blank canvas for me to work on. Of course I only need one kayak & will have to flick the other one off. So, will be testing them both soon to see which is the right one for me.
