I NEVER pirate music when I know for a fact that its going to hurt the artist.If I dont have any money to buy underground music,then so be it.

@rediconAoC Well, if I do something like what you described, like pirate the album and mail 20$ to the artist, i don't consider it piracy anymore. I only count as piracy if i take and never pay.

@tracer3642 I pirate everything. Music is shared much quicker that way. If "underground" music, as you've labeled it, were bought buy everyone it would eventually become a "mainstream" major label and be demonized for it. Real truth is, art is free... once it is created, regardless of who creates it (even if it was me), it belongs to everyone. I gladly donate to artists I like though. That's when I buy the CDs/MP3s.
