  • Its been so long? Oh there is no hate in those comments, I just dont understand why people are so stupid that they are mixing things. Once its Slovak, let it be that way. You can confuse many people, and you be yourself confused too if you dont get things right. That all. Im going to see Iva perform this week in Trnava. Looking forward to it. Love to all czech language students.

  • music is international language...this argue has no sense....how you can be so full of hate with this music?....

  • nádhera! nechápem to málo zhliadnutí....

  • Calm down everybody. They are beautiful lullabies and very haunting.

  • @ProdavackaDivu

:-) I speak Czech & I think that English is difficult

  • And actualy - try to BUY this album called MATER - you will find it on the net.

  • This is not Czech - theese melodic themes are comming from slovak traditional folklore - Bittova is Moravian/Slovak/Czech and i thing also Gipsy origin - it is actually not important. It is lovely, just we Slovaks are littel bit sensitiv, when people abroad dont make difernece between Slovak and Czech - i thing it is like, when all people from here say that Austrians are Germans... Austrians dont like it either. SO PEACE AND LOVE just enjoy Slovak new classical music.

  • why do you refer to it as to czech then? :D Yeah sure you know, thats why youve written czech. And Slovakia was not only connected to Czech, it was one country, later on parted. And for your information I dont care if you studied it well or not. I dont even blame you. I dont know many things. But when I refer to something, Im not gonna write such a bullshit. Its the same thing as if I were refering to beatles as to american band. Thats what is really annoying.

  • It's annoying how people always assume Americans don't know this. For your information I've studied this history very well!!! I know Godar is Slovak. And I know Slovakia was only connected to Czech Republic from 1918-1993. Way to assume.

  • As long as you study czech, you should be aware of the fact, that this is different (though similar) language and that is SLOVAK. So be a better student and learn the difference. This is SLOVAK language, by SLOVAK author / Godar. Project called MATER. Slovak republic was a part of CZECHOSLOVAKIA before 1993. Languages has always been different. So once again, to make it straight.> Iva Bittova is CZECH singer, but sings in SLOVAK here. Project is by SLOVAK
