  • Hey fil i've found a really rare 1996 gibson lucille limited edition in nearly mint condition. only 70 guitars were made to honor bb kings 70th birthday do you think its worth the 2000 euro price they are asking for it?

  • @MrVirusSnake Can't say, would NEVER have you risk your money on my word. How do YOU like Lucille? Is she your love? She's the one you always wanted to embrace, hug tight and hold on to for hours?

  • I have a 68 Super lead and nothing can ever come close to "THE" tone. Killer tone and video. BTW, i want your white SG Triple p/u !!!! So Glen Buxton. Love it !

  • @racer500gp Thanks bro :)

  • @SoloFilDallas i cranked all my volume on my 30 watt mgfx marshall and i didn't get feedback, got any tip?

  • @bobbob53629 Ah, should have mentioned "tube amps". When a tube amp has its volume raised, it goes into distortion. The overdrive of this distortion at loud volumes, causes feedback with the guitar pickups. To recreate this on non fully tube amps, please also raise your "gain" knob to a level at which feedback will start to occur, along with a reasonable loud output volume. Should work.

  • @Duroduro666 I *am* retarded, I don't look like it, I am *it*. I am proud to be able to affirm this, finally, shamelessly. I am retarded. Aren't we all, somehow, deep inside?

  • @zaratehenry I do feel like I have epilepsy when I play rock and roll. You don't? You should.

  • Bray modded Plexi?

  • @SoloFilDallas MAN! Great sound, I have a custom rebuilt Marshall 1987S with all vintage mustard caps and done REALLY well! I notice how quiet yours is, now I am not crazy in saying you ran that through a gate of some kind correct? I know not into the amp but in the recording. Its just soooooo quiet in the breaks. Mine sounds pretty close but I no doubt right now have not 1/10th of the tubes, meaning some are running on they're last legs or just suck, about to retube. Thanks.

  • @supermike38 HAHA yer right

  • The begin made me think in Back To The Future's big speaker scene, hehehe. Great performance Solo.

  • Hey Fil, I have to admit I'm a new viewer. However, I really admire your playing (you're probably the best AC/DC man in youtube). I wanted to ask you, what TV Jones Filtertrons would sound better on a thinline hollowbody? I mainly play classic rock and blues. Thank you!

  • @SoloFilDallas Oh wow, you're a lucky guy to own one of these! It surely is worth the price paid, don't you think? Plus, it's as unique as one can be. I absolutely LOVE it!
