"Prophecy" was a typical Hollywood propaganda film. The EPA, as a whole, have done much more harm than good over the last forty years. And that's a fact. The EPA bureaucrats are all a bunch of bloodsucking leeches. I agree with Senator Rand Paul. The EPA have turned life into a federal crime.
