Nope, it's a browser game. You only need Unity but it asks you to install that plugin or whatever it is.

Well, I wouldn't wait for it if I were you. They are a little group of 8 people if I'm correct, so that wouldn't really go fast.

Nope, this is just a sort of demo, while developing the game they release short games to spread the word about their final game.
