British Foreign Minister William Hague has called on the European Union to take "robust action" in response to the bus bombing in Bulgaria which killed 5 Israelis and the driver. The Bulgarians have said that Lebanese militant group Hezbollah is implicated in the attack and the EU will be discussing blacklisting them in the coming week in Brussels.
