This is coming up a lot in the comments. But: I am not VIOLENTLY lactose intolerant. In a given day, I can have milk in small quantities or a slice of cheese. I CAN'T have a glass of milk or a bowl of ice cream. So the few tablespoons of milk needed in Kraft Mac&Cheese won't actually hurt me.
But, when I DO need a glass of milk or bowl of ice cream, I do have lactaid.
