but the toothpick makes you SO cool again

hmm, i dunno. i think night time brings out the neon in the level better. shows off the nice lighting effects. how the light not only lights up the pavement, but the cars and people that go through it
also night time i feel brings out the darker grimier aspects of a dystopia...dark and moody to complete its dark humour
