DISCUS FISH AQUARIUM SIDE B

help me please with this setup. the aquarium already run for a week. with CO2 injection 2 bubble per second, but i see no pearling / the sign of photosynthesis. please help me.
This is two side aquarium that i just makeover, i put the plants in the middle so i can see from front side and back side. the fish :
2 Discus
26 rummy nose tetra
1 flying fox
1 panda corydoras
2 molly
2 cat fish ( i don't know what its name)

Setup
3 Megamen 23watt 10000k
1 philips 23watt 7000k
CO2 2 bubble / seconds
internal filter Atmen
sera fertilizer sand 1st layer
bali beach sand 2nd layer

Camboba
Amazon sword
Spatterdock
Blyxa aubertii
Blue lotus
Aponogeton crispus
Dwarf amazon
Giant Bacopa
Cryptocoryne species

just a sugestion, corys are school fish so i would add a minimum of 3 more in there.

Update news, I'm finally made it pearling. I put some more lighting about 2 x 18 watt cool day light. But it's need more then 4 hours, after that all the plants continues bubbling together.
