Every option besides SSAO is On,
SSAO kills framerate at high rez
which leads to a slideshow when recording.
you don't want to watch a slideshow do you?
reflections are "flipped" to be more realistic.
the .ini was tweaked for an ATI 3870 gpu.

this mod is really laggy,I used your ENB configuration on my HD 4870 512 MB and the performance was a big disappointment compared to your video...

not sure whats goin on, you've got 2x the shader power i do. best suggestion i can give ya is to play around with all the settings, and try to find something that works well with your rig.
