• Instrumental in incorporating a shot gun no huddle offense that set 13 school records and 3 state records in the passing game in the largest classification (6A) in the state-2001
• Coached on the 1st team to win back to back district championships and the first state championship appearance in school history-2002-2003
• Coached a first year school and football program of sophomores playing a varsity schedule to a 5-5 record-2004
• Rebuilt an offense and quarterback that led Jenks to a Class 6A State Championship-2006
• Advanced an offensive scheme and passing attack that set the all-time 6A Oklahoma scoring record at 48.5 points per game along with winning another Class 6A State Championship-2007
• Developed quarterback Mark Ginther that holds school record for most career TD's (76) with a 70% career completion percentage-2006-2007
• Developed quarterback Sawyer Kollmorgen into a 3 year starter that placed him as the school's All-time leading passer with 6,716 yds (73TDs) 2008-2010
• Coordinated an offense that shattered the previous State scoring record Jenks set in 2007 by averaging 53.4 points per game-2010
• Developed a revolutionary system call "R4" and authored the book "From Headset to Helmet" that teaches a quarterback how to accelerate decision making under pressure in the passing game-2011
• Coordinated an offense that lost 7 starters to graduation along with starting quarterback to knee injury and D-1 running back to ankle /collarbone injury to state-semifinal appearance averaging 42.5 points per game-2011
• Coordinated 2011 Offense that set the all-time Oklahoma rushing record of 3884 total yards
• Coached in 6 State Championship games-2002,2006-2010
• Instrumental in building a regional quarterback camp/training academy into a premiere National Position Specific Football Academy-2006-Present
• Highly rated and requested speaker for the Glazier Clinics and Nike Coach of the Year Clinics
