GT42RBB turbo, 52mm Rosenkrantz stainless wastegate 3.25" exhaust.. yummi!! :) ..the car was built here in dalarna, sweden! :) i live in the same town.. unfortanly the car was sold last year, over 900 horsepower in it at that moment! :) johan and the team made a nice work on that car!!

also that is not the wastegate making that noise either... my car still chatters when i back of the throttle even when the wastegate hasn't moved as it didn't make enough boost for the need for it to kick in.

But there`s also sharp chattering and alot softer. What makes the difference in the noises? Turbo`s blade type?

im not sure where they come from but i got a fine the other day 4 it.

look at your BOV and see the where the air is released. there is black residue around the inside of the siren (pipe where air is released).

the cop told me those where emissions and the i had to run a pipe from my BOV back to my pod filter.

Yeah I guess everybody makes 885 bhp, and don´t know what they´re doing...

@Pigioto1 That's just the actuator dude... a real surge would have been detected on the dyno run...major leakage and turbo spikes.

Similar spec to my 14a...Mine made 547bhp on 97ron fuel

Ist es auch für normale Turbos nicht da es das Turbinenrad zerstören kann, macht aber bei Turbos, die Kugelgelagert sind nichts aus.

@SlFreaK55 gar kein blow-off valve,

Das nennt sich Compressor Surge und ist wenn die Luft zurück in den Turbo strömt. daber dreht sich das Turborad sehr sehr schnell und so entsteht das Geräusch

Hi! I´m the new owner of this car. Engine is being rebuilt after 2 intake and 2 exhaust valves got bent. I´m gonna try out what power it makes on E85. On VP it made 885 hp. Hope to have it runnig again next summer! :D If you wanan see it on the 1/4 mile just search for madtech.
