The all-new Volvo S60, which will have its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show on the 2nd of March, is equipped with the groundbreaking safety feature Pedestrian Detection with full auto brake. It can detect pedestrians who walk into the road in front of the car, warn the driver, and automatically apply full braking power if the driver does not respond in time. The dynamic new chassis in the all-new Volvo S60 is backed up by a range of electronic systems that sharpen the sporty driving experience such as Advanced Stability Control or Corner Traction Control, which uses torque vectoring so the car takes curves even more smoothly. The all-new Volvo S60 also features City Safety as standard.

  • @calsonic1 he simply meant take the Toyota Tragedy as a moral story for the new Volvo owners (the Chinese company who bought Volvo from Ford), so that hopefully he won't see the same problems arising in a Volvo in the future.

  • @MPlexers - Toyota isn't a Chinese company - it's Japanese.

  • @MPlexers as a chinese, I also support your surgestion! BUT, 3 factories have been builded, all I could is to wish Volvo good luck......=3=

  • It is nice, But there is one thing , as I am the most fans of Volvo cars and a customer, I woud like to send this message to volvo company as suggestion, I hope that volvo cars won't be made in china in the near future as a safety cars for more than 60 years, there is big difference between Chinese and Swedish Quality and manufacturing Standards. With all Respect to CHINA, so I hope also that Toyota Tragedy wouldn't be repeat with volvo, So take Toyota Tragedy as MORAL. Wish You the best. Thanks
