  • great lecture and valuable information. It would be nice to have a cleaned up version which had clearer power point slides on the video. Would also like references for the studies and publications cited. Thanks.

  • 50 50 with children with diabeatas?

um I go to a school of about 1700 students. i know about 2 students with diabetes and its a big deal.

I always hear these scary statistics like, 1 in 10 people have an STD. well, i think these statistics are skewed somehow, because through personal experience I do not see the same statistics.

  • I know someone who has type 2 Diabetes and has stopped all foods containing Corn Syrup and her Sugar Levels dropped a lot. Even if she eats bread her sugar levels only increase a small amount compared to when she ate corn syrup. Yesterday she had an Artichoke stuffed with Progresso Bread Crumbs and her sugar spiked really high, the bread crumbs had Corn Syrup in it. She got a Prezel yesterday and noticed it was differant, better; it had corn syrup
