Dixie Chicks Storytellers will be available for the first time ever on DVD and Blu Ray on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Pre-order the DVD or Blu Ray at http://www.smarturl.it/dcstorytellers. The first 100 fans to pre-order will get a limited edition poster.
The performance was recorded live in September 2006 at the historic Los Angeles Theater and is packed with personal anecdotes and inspiration around some of the band's biggest hits including "Not Ready to Make Nice," "Cowboy Take Me Away" and "Wide Open Spaces." Storytellers chronicles the whirlwind that surrounded the release of Taking the Long Way. Dixie Chicks Storytellers will also feature three never before seen performances from the original VH1 broadcast including "Lullaby," "Easy Silence" and "So Hard".

Don't we all have freedom of speech? Why these women were banned from country radio is beyond me. I love their music and their opinions wouldn't change that. I agree with another poster. Hank Williams gets praised for blasting Obama, yet these girls get slammed. It's an ugly double standard.

I didn't like what they said, so what!! I love there music and hay I say things people don't like all the time. I got over it in 5min. and bought there new CD. I down load there music I watch there live performances and i'll see this one!! Just cuz I didn't like what they said doesn't make them bad people. It just makes them human and if its one thing i love about beginning human is that we all have something to SAY!! Keep singing Ladies, just loving it!!

the best country female band ever gets banned from country radio for talking about president Bush....yet Hank Williams Jr. is still accepted and gets praises and laughs @ the Country Music Awards a couple of nights ago for talking about Obama...can someone explain? Forget it Bush was a white president and Obama is African American...i got it! .
